Refund policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@tavasworld.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and reason for the return.

Do not send items to our business address.

All returns require approval before being shipped. Once a return request is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include photographs of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution and payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
